Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered):
  • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within [Your Country/Countries, e.g., the United States and Canada]. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care@boomslangnutritions.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Return Policy

  • At BOOMSLANG NUTRITIONS, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific return policy for health and safety reasons.
  • All sales of our pre-workout supplements are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened products.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items):

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@boomslangnutritions.com

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item

Upon review, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We may require you to return the damaged or incorrect item to us. Instructions for any necessary returns will be provided by our customer service team.
